Default Wounded Buck

Here are some pictures I got of a 10 pointer that I bow hunted during bow season and never got a shot at him and its look like he got shot last week in the rear end during our gun season here in Wisconsin. He busted off some tines too. I hope he makes it till next year!

I can't see that deer even being alive If that Is a gun shot wound going directly through the deer In that spot.

All I can do is hope! I will be checking my cameras often to keep up on him!

It kinda looks like to me that the slug went down his side and grazed him and then hit him in the back ham.

Hard to say. It depends on the shot angle, but that would be a tough wound to overcome. It looks as if the wound is already infected too.
