I am getting ready for the second season and my fiber broke on my HHA 5500. I wrote the company yesterday on Turkey day asking if I could purchase some new fiber and tape. They responded on Turkey day stating that it was covered under warrantee and all that I needed to do is send it back to get rewrapped. This is awesome service so far! It's really hard to get this type of service so I wanted to make a post of companies that back their product. Here is the problem, how do I do without my bow for ~2 weeks? I wrapped it myself and it is pretty rough but I am still shooting good.
