Default Well isn't this a nice how do you do?

My wife's grandfather has always enjoyed having us to his property to hunt (4400ac, mostly wooded seperated by food plots(bird preserve) and ponds. Beautiful land. Good wildlife pop. and healthy too(130/150 class whitetails). No big pressure from outsiders, just family and a few friends, and the ranch manager and his family. Plenty of game for all involved. Me, I offered to reduce does for him to put away meat for my family. All was well for yrs. thenhehas had recent health problems, heart-falls-now major stroke. He's in hospital care(ICU) 150mi from his home now. Well someone who he has told yrs. back they could hunt this ground from Va. has moved in a outfitting operation/guide service, unknown to him. I think the farm manager is in on it too!Sohere's my long to get to point, don't ever think that it can'thappen to you, yourground or your family ground! It can, and I have seen it first hand.

Your grandmother still living? How about your parents? Just questions I am asking because who is executor of the estate in case something happens(God forbid) to your grandfather?

Yes she is living and by his side. but she is second wife and estate has been settled. When he passes it will be sold(to a life long friend) and mantained as a bird preserve 5yr. min. Already sold and divided on paper.

It is the wife's side of the family. And her mom is one of 5 children who will equally divide the sale of the property. Will have nothing to do with the step-mother/wife of his.
