ok im the oh so famous BAD SHOT. Not necissarily, didnt have buck fever or nothin, he just came in about 25 yrds away, perfectly broadside, i draw back he sees me in mid draw and gets ancy. I let my arrow fly, right when i do he does a head whip around/ body duck and turns, arrow woulda hit right behind the shoulder, and ive never been sicker. That being said, i am no longer sick now that i know that buck didnt just go off and die and no one got to have the moment to harvest that deer. Better yet my good hunting parter gets it and everyone has a big smile on their face. It was a relief to know we got that buck, and if your gonna judge something on a person who you think makes a bad shot make sure you have all the details, but im not saying this to everyone, because some hunters know how things can go wrong and how deer can be.
