Well i have decided to make some changes. I quit drinking caffeine a little while ago. wow almost 2 solid weeks of headaches. Tomorrow i go under to get some teeth cut out and i wont be able to smoke on account of getting dry socket. SO i figure what a better time to try and quit smoking to.

I'm gonna need alot of luck and will power.

You can do it man! You will feel way way way better physically and mentally when you get done with it. You will be like a new man! You can do it!

Luck don't have anything to do with it bud. You'll make your own luck on this one. It's all in your head. Nicotene leaves the body in a couple days, after that it's just a matter of breakng the habit of wanting to do it.

Go hunting and chew some gum. or deer jerky...

i gota kill a deer first before i can get some deer jerky. lol. i'm pretty detemined to do this.with the savings of over 1500 a year i'll be rich lol

good luck I stopped all the caffine stuff a few years back it will be four this feb. Greatest thing i have done. If you drink alot of water and no pop you will drop a few pounds to. I dropped 20 in about 4 months.

think of all the extra hunting equipment you can buy with the money that used to go up in smoke
