2Lunger that does look like a early season buck he was shot nov 2nd he's coat wasn't dark as the others and neck was smaller to. I am not a deer expert by no means I would think maybe he was just a young buck. Don't really know for sure. Jerry

Not doubting you at all. Really struck me that he still had his early season coat and his neck was not swelled up. Maybe something wrong with he testosterone level or something. Either way looks like you guys had a great time.

That's an up and coming part of the state. My father in-law lives in that area...and hunts land by Warsaw and Columbia City. Some good stuff over there...
That's also the same part of the state where that guy had a high fence deer hunting operation going. If I remember correctly that was near Peru....and is thefarm of the famous Jimmy Houston cage hunt took place.

if i remember right from researching into ken macintosh's hunts he offers both fair chase hunts and penned hunting. i was looking into it but did not have enough money. i guess that my hunting grounds payed off fine for me though this year.
