I see your point but it wouldn't bother me as I've seen deer react to gut piles before. A friend of mine said that he once had a gut pile by him and other deer were eating the corn contents out of its stomach. I know that's gross but it's nature I guess. I actually like it when I have a dead deer near my stand, I always find it interesting to see the different scavengers like crows, foxes, yotes,etc. etc.come by for a meal.
