Both my deer this year had those .... each had one about the size of your thumb nail on the top of their head, and both came from the same land area. But I have to say, it may be just physical...but I guess looks do matter I'd pass on that doe with the crazy neck for sure.

Ive seen a deer have boils like that after someone shot it with a shot gun from squirrel season!!
