Default Buck Down

My brother recently shot a 10 point buck. Most of its teeth had fallen out...the ones that were still in the buck are very loose. When we got the buck aged, he was aged at 3.5 years old. Why do you think the bucks teeth were goneand the ones that were left werevery loose??

Who aged him and what method did they use? His remaining teeth?

The guy at the taxidermy aged it...by spreading the jaw and checking the teeth (the teeth that were left)

Please forgive me for asking but, you do realize that deer don't have a mouthful of teeth like we do, right? Usually they have some in the front to help chew off browse and small twigs and then they have the bigger chewing teethtowards the rear. Not being a smarty britches, just asking!
