PT- the heart is a muscle of course and what it could possibly be isthe tissue expanded and contracted... sort of "Stretched" as the broadhead passed through.

I tell ya....I posted in another thread about my sit this morning. The sky was overcast....and the sun behind the clouds lit the trees up in the most beautiful light I've ever seen. I was awestruck.

Not being sappy....but there's a song that Alison Krauss and Union Station sing that I thought of immediately this morning. Ron Block (banjo player) wrote it. It's called 'There is a reason'.

He's got a line in there that says..."Through all the things that cause me pain....You give me eyes to see. I do believe but help my unbelief".

The scene was "unbelievably" beautiful. I'll never forget it.

Jeff I think this year has the be the most beautiful I have ever seen in my life in NC for leaf color. It seems that so many years they dry up and drop (especially the poplars early in the year Aug/Sept) but this year theyve hung on, turned yellow and giving the maples, sweetgums, ash, hickory, and even some of the oaks, especially the scarlet oaks, brilliant color. Ive never seen it as beautiful as it is now. Granted Im only 23, but Ive lived here all my life and love the color change, and this one seems to be the most fantastic Ive ever seen.
