He is going to kill a buckunder the youth mentor season this rifle season. i bought a 243 H&R single shot youth model and he hitting wherehe is aiming at. Even had him shooting gal. milk jugs with water watching it blow up!!!!!!!!!!!!! "thats Cool" he says!!!!!!!

That's fantastic about CJ shooting his first squirrel. I remember cutting my teeth on squirrels as well. Used to be a ton of fun. I wish him the best come season. You as well Chris. RobinAimLow, thank you very much.

Double Creek, thanks DC. I posted the history of the Rob buck over on Bowhunting.com. This year makes 5 for 5 in the contest.
HammytheHunter, yup, it's my second Halloween buck and I've had several that fell very close one day either side of it. It's a good time to be in the woods. It's going to get better from here.
