Man guy's I'm sick to my stomach. I don't know what to say but sorry. I think I hit him in the brisket area. I went out for 3 hours today and went to the last point of the blood, and can't find any more after that. I read the post.............. I waited an hour, but I don't think it was enough. Anybody live in the southwest michigan area, and want a challenge? Do you guy's think a lower neck or brisket area will kill him? Man this sucks? I really try to be as ethical as possible, that's why it's taken me 25 years to kill a deer.

I do deserve a sack punch......... Don't worry I'll stand still..

Where exactly do you remember the arrow hitting? What angle was the buck standing at when you shot? What did the buck do after you hit him?

Broadside shot hitting brisket or lower neck sounds like a flesh wound to me. Chances are If you didn't hit an artery he'll live another day just fine.

x2 He may be a little sore for couple days. But he should be fine in the long run. I think we can hold the sack punches on this. If you honestly feel you've done everything you can do to find this deer, there's no need to beat you up even more.

After I shot him, he jumped and kicked like a mule. Almost like he was bucking. He was standing broadside to me. Would I get bright red blood if it was a neck or brisket shot? Thanks again guy's for not all wanting to come over and square up and kick me in the balls.
