Great job Matt! Did you weigh her? I'd like to kill a buck as big as her...nice deer!
When I hunted out there last year I was blown away how big the deer were compared to here in VA/WV. My first sit I had 2 come out and thought, ok....cool, two nice big does. 5 minutes later out walks mama....the twowere her fawns! I couldn't believe it...those fawns were as big as my mature does here, and she dwarfed them!

Don't expect to many "On the spot" texts from this hunt..........we're lucky the roads are paved in the area we are hunting.
GReg and I havea hard time texting back and forth so we actually broke out the 2 way radios! Oh the horror of old technology.
She is a little bigger body wise than the York, PA doe but that one had a longer head anyway. This one is really broad across her back much like the one I shot at Rob's 5 years ago but maybe a touch bigger.
She's a fatty, definitely gonna get my $$'s worth at the butcher.

She's one of those "1........2..........3!!" type deer when you try to load her in the truck.
