Today while I was hunting, first I saw a perfect Rob 6 pointer, a 14 - 16" spike on one side and 5 points on the other. Then I switched to another stand in the afternoon and had another buck come through that looked like grinches dog with the sticks tied to his head. It looked like the ends of his main beam had been broken off in previous years and now grew back that way.

Rob, I need your help here in Southern Iowa to clean up some Rob Bucks! When is a good time for you to come out here?

Unfortunately, Iowa is a draw state. Depending on where in IL you're going, this area could be as close as 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

Seriously speaking, if you're that close, you should really come see what you're missing.
