How high do you usually climb in your stand?
i usually climb up about 15 feet up.

I have a few heights... one is about 25 feet up, another 2 are around 20. I've been around 30-35 feet up... I used to not like to get very high, but after getting some of those wind checkers it's nice to "see" the difference in how high your scent stream can remain!

15 to 20 is plenty high for me.

around 15 to 18 feet but when it gets closer to 20 I start to realise that im rather high off the ground and I get a bit of vertigo... plus past 15 feet in my hunting spot the trees get a little skinnyer toward the top.

18ft is my personal minimum. 90% of my stands are 20-22ft.

I get busted less when I'm higher, plain and simple.
