Looks like the back end of a yote,

Its a coyote.A deer's front leg doesnt bend forward and back like that especially bent over. Plus the calf muscle would be huge.

You didnt think that could possibly be a deer did you?

That picture is labeled incorrectly. The coyote is walking right to left in the picture. What you are seeing is his rear half including his back and tail.
