    I was very comfortable with the 40 yard shot. I have practice it over and over, and I'm sure glad I did. I don't know how, but the arrow caught a small part of one lung. There must have been a major artery where it went though that lung because he only went about 60 to 70 yards from where I shot him.

    Def a dandy buck, 135 lbs field dressed means he was probably about 170 on the hoof! that's a pretty big bodied deer in my book, good job and way to thread the needle
