Looking at the topography (the rock) in the picture and the fact that you stated you don' see too many deer that size, I am guessing this deer resides in the eastern portion of the hill country?
If so, I am going to assume that the deer body size for that area tends to run a little smaller when compared to South Texas orthe Panhandleand certainly smaller when compared to the Midwest. Is this correct?
So based on my above assumption, I am thinking 150" give or take 5 inches.
Regardless, he is a definite shooter and mature deer, IMO. Good luck in getting him.
