Default Pushing Deer...Not like that...

A couple weeks before the opener, I went out to the woods and did some final touch-ups on my stands. On my way back to the truck I stoped at an area known toproduce some good signs. AsI was investigating, a buck bounced up about 20 yrds. away, took a look at me, and was gone. I knew that there was a possibility of deer being beded in this area so I was not happy that I had spooked him, seeing as though he was one that I've been targeting.

Would pushing this deer from his bedding area make him leave it in favorof another area, or would he just be all-the-wiser from my mistake? I have two stands in this area and have yet to see him thus far. Hopefully I didn'tmess it up too bad.

I think your fine. Now if you were contunially pushing him out of the area he will move, but one time i dont think will hurt anything.
