I usually use it when I'm working in that area. I get queasy, easy....so I use my deerview mirror and the cough silencer in tandem and do the deed with my back turned.....to ease the trauma.

I've never found that part of the gut job to be so difficult or time consuming where a specialized tool was needed. [&:]
