I have a question... I was told by the P&Y website that I have to wait 60 days for a drying out period before one of thier scorers can officially measure him. Right now he is in the freezer waiting on time for mounting. Does freezer time count in the 60 day waiting period?

Isn't suppose to as far as I know. I can't say for sure though.

No. It must be stored at room temperature for 60 days.
