Thanks guys. Yes, I was hunting with the Muzzleloader. For now i'm going to skin out the wolf as a lifesize and have it tanned. If I decide later to mount it then I can... but otherwise it'll be a nice pelt to have laying around. She was about 80lbs

The last statistic I read was that 1 wolf kills 13 deer per year... (if I remember right)

Great looking Timber Wolf Joey! They are big animals. Congratulation's! Big woods hunting Is something else. I've done some big woods hunting In northern Minnesota, It's very challenging and a different way of hunting then I'm use to. I look forward to doing It again myself. Good luck next year when you give It a try again.

Joey, those pictures are absolutely beautiful. I can not wait to get to see that country someday, I would love to kill a wolf like that. Your wolf is gorgeous and it will make a nice addition to the Rott home decor! Good luck back here in KS on the Whitetail.

Awesome trip, I bet that had to be nuts being so far "out there".
Congrats again on the wolf! Honestly that is probably way cooler for me than to shoot a big buck.
