I am wondering how many acres per camera do you guys think will get you pretty good information on the deer on your property? I will also place this in the trail cam section, but I know this area gets a ton of users so I wanted it here too.

I see the votes are scattered. I am certainly not a trail cam expert I only have a few but the more the merrier I would say. 1 Every 5 acres should give you a exact idea of whats on your property. Unless you have a huge piece of property then Obviously I would go less.

IMO it depends how thick the woods are and how concentrated the deer travel routes are.

I voted for every 10 acres. That would work well here. I dont know what your woods look like though.

Shoot the more the merrier where Im at. Im on 60 acres and I dont think the deer do the same thing twice even though they all generally stay on property or close to for the most part.
