The hard part is going to be getting him to stay on the property and notgetting killed by another hunter. One good thing is that I already shot my buck for thisyear, so I will be able to stay off this property and maybe create a safe haven for him and hopefully get a crack at him in the years to come.....

Everyone who replied to this thread calls this buck a 2.5 year old besides myself. The body tells me 2.5 but the rack just seems no way possible It could be a 2.5. Like a few have said on this thread this buck has excellent genes. I may have to re think my decision and go along with everyone else on this. I guess I'm not use to seeing a P&Y buck at 2.5 years old, It don't seem right but I do know it's possible. The rate that this thing Is growing he'd be a booner In a couple years easily If 2.5 Is his rightful age.

He's pretty thick and well muscled for a 2.5, but you boys out in the midwest get some really big bodied deer so he could very well be 2.5. If he is he is gonna be a stud in a year or 2. I'd say he scores in the mid 120's.

low to mid 130's and a 3yr old buck. If you could restrain yourself, I would let him walk for this year, he looks to have great potential for next year.

Wow, if he can make it two more years, he'll be a freak for sure. I go 2.5 as well on the age. Next year he'll be tough to pass up, with his rack the way it is now, I don't hink 20"-30" are impossible for him to grow next year, and with the number of points he has, he'll look even bigger.

I say a 3.5 year old buck he just don't have the rutted out neck. He has a good body on him look at the front brisket. Thats a older deer than 2.5 for sure.
