I just realized today this is the first time in many years that I am hunting with the exact same setup two years in a row. I had to have a guardian to hunt with.

I bought an 08 and could not get use to the harsh draw . I sold it on AT I now have an 07 commander love the bow .

I love my 07 Guardian, my only complaint is that it is a little heavy. But otherwise it is a tack driver.

My guardian is awesome! Everyone complained about the harsh draw cycle, but I don't feel it has one at all. I mean it's no solocam bow, but I never expected it to be like that. Also, everyone talking about the weight needs to start lifting weights.:D Seriously though, it is not that heavy at all. Shoot most Hoyts weigh alot more than the Guardian, and the reason for it is to absorb some of the vibration. I think you'll love the Guardian!

i agree. The draw cycle on the guardian never bothered me a bit. In fact I think it feels great and holds great. I like the extra weight too to be honest because I think it helps me hold the bow still while I am aiming.
