You gotta admit, BHF....

When people get to a point to where they're denouncing a BH designed to kill deer......by stating it's too devastating and "overkill"......

Ya gotta love that.[8D]
For real! Is it any different than saying... "My 30-06 just does too good of a job, So I'll stick to my .22Lr."?

I do know that it cut her sternum(?) in two... (the tuff part to cut when your gutting a deer in the chest, through the brisket)
Chances are you might of then. I never did ask you this, was your fiance nervous when the deer was In front of you 2?

Hey Buckmaster, I might have got ahead of myself in my earlier post; I didn't realize you even got into the rib cage. I'm glad you realize noone's trying to take anything away from you and this kill. We're just talking about the broadheads.

If that thing cut through the sternum, that's pretty awesome. What poundage are you pulling?

I am obviously in the minority here, lol I just don't think that's necassary. I never had a problem with a deer dropping usually in sight with a well placed shot from a normal broadhead. That's just a mess to clean up and or for dirt and debris to gather in. Overkill IMO
I would have to agree.

i agree with you's as well...

I actually ordered some of those Aftershock Archery "boosters" that add 25gr to the front of your arrow (I get a weak spine reaction with 100gr heads.... so I have to shoot 125).

Hunting where I do... I need a deer to die like now.... because 150 yards will be in somebodies front yard.... so 100gr 2 blade..... + booster = 125gr head.

Welcome to the dark side.... hope they have cookies....
Join the crowd man....I use the boosters on my rages to boost me to 125 as well....they perform flawless.
