you know- i replied that impulse came 2 yrs later than impact but it's been too many years and too many beers to say that for a fact. I know that the impact plus came between the two and automatically said two years between as xi tried to change model names every year but it could have been 3 or 4 years later.
Been a long time since i've been involved in the industry. sorry

Year is very probable. It was a very long-lived bow as today's standards go.
Minnesota is Myles Keller country and I met him a few times as he was sponsored by XI. I also hunted near Kenyon with a couple of buddies. No wonder Myles has so many book bucks. Wow.

My first ever hunting bow was a XI Prodigy....I loved the thing as a kid and killed my first 2 archery deer with it. A button buck and a 120 class 8 point. Only reason I got rid of it at the time was because I outgrew it and moved onto a Browning Rage with adjustable draw length.
Still sitting in my basement though, and I'm waiting to turn it over to one of my nephews when they become of age to start hunting. The oldest one thinks its "icky" but his little brother has always thought they were "cool".
