sounds like a non believer. I believe the main thing is to not rely on it as a crutch. but yes it can give you those 10extra seconds you need for the right shot in case you get one of those swirling winds.

I descent and place my camo in bags with leaves and such. Works pretty well. Considering nothing is 100% really.

I believe the earth scent acts assort of anattractant! It seems that deerusually come check out a field after the dirt has been overtunered or plowed up. I think they come out of curiosity or maybe hoping to find fresh food or minerals. Thats just me though
Makes alot on sence to me, good point Bucky10. I also use it every time I go out.

I use it every year and every day of the season!! I wash mine and dry mine in earth scent laundry detergent and dryer sheets! Then I place them in a rubbermaid tub with fresh earth dryer sheets and scent wafers, and spray down beofre each hunt as well with Fall Blend!!

I scent free wash the gear and then use the fresh earth/fall blend and when I store them I use a fresh earth wafer in with them, and also a hand full or two of fresh leaves, they add a great smell and will absorb some moisture/oder if changed out reagularly

I sure hope you all are not doing this with your carbon cloths. As they trap all sent not just human sent. I will take no sent over any cover sent any day.

If earth scent worked to cover your scent then a deer would never smell where you walked. Put your nose on the ground where you walk and what do you smell? Dirt.....A deer can smell the dirt and where you walked with no trouble at all. Dont fool yourself into thinking a couple squirts of earth scent will cover the scent you put out. It doesnt and it cant...period
He said "period" guys - discussion over.

I use the drier sheets and the scent wafers in my camo bag... like most other people who responded, I see deer.

To me, if you treestand hunt, when you put on the scented spray a deer is gonna walk by your stand and wonder what a big dirt clod is doing up in that tree. I have honeltly never used the stuff for that reason.
