The Gorilla is what i use,
Took this video the other day with it and a Sony Handycam, im still getting the hang of it. You have to make sure you have the arm on your shooting side.

Watch my video and you get a glimpse of my camera mount. I actually had a gorilla mount that attached to the tree. I took the camera swivel portion off of that and mounted that to the gun rest part of my climber and now I don't have any extra equipment. I just bring my camera with me and screw it on once I am setup.

The gorilla arm will work great for smaller cameras. I wouldn't mount anything to the stand. Any slight movement by you and that camera will show it.

My camera is mounted to my stand and is still as can be. Honestly the top of your climber (if thats what you mount it to) shouldn't be moving a whole lot once you are up there and set up.

mine mounts right on my bow. Screws into the same hole as my stabilizer. It's very light and has a spring loaded base to absord the vibration. I got it a trade show in the spring for a couple hundred bucks.
