Well it didn't take much. Before I met her last august she just went out and bought herself a bow one day, haha. Got everythign she needed and shot all the time by herself and with friends. She only got to hunt once or twice with her uncle last fall and then I met her. Got her shooting alot and convinced she needed to upgrade her bow from her cheap martin. Only since she works at sportsmans and can proform things for like half off. So she bought a new bowtech equalizer this summer and she shoots it really well. You can make that girl quit shooting, haha. Anyways ever since I met her she has been lookin forward to shooting a deer with me and she loves it. We did a lot of ice fishin to last winter and she is hooked on that now too, already lookin forward to this years hard water. She tried turkey huntin with me last spring but we never got a tom in range for her, another 20 yards and she would have had one. She could have shot many jakes and a bearded hen but she said "no I want a big tom" so that was pretty cool. And OMG don't even get that girl started on fishing, lol. WCL

Congrats to your girlfriend on the HUGE doe!

My girlfriend grew up hunting with her dad and I've taken over his spot while we are at college. We've gone out a few times but haven't had any luck yet. Well I guess I can't say that completely...last night her away message on AIM after we got back from the woods was "I can't wait to go hunting again". I'd say I'm pretty lucky
