Nice work.. Welcome to the addiction! That deer will eat good. Nothing like the first kill w/ the bow...
You will never loose that excitement.

Nice shooting!

Major Atta Boy!! I shot a SMALL doe years ago that the guys still call the crisper drawer deer and except for getting all the legs in the drawer it was just about a perfect fit. I coulda put it in the bird pocket of my hunting jacket. It's ALL good bud!

ORIGINAL: brushbustin

To make a long story short. Went hunting today and this deer and another one came in and he came to 30 yds and i let her fly and i hit it a little farther back than i would have liked but,he only ran 20 yds tops.I am so addicted to bowhunting now.Its way different than gun hunting. That deer didn't even know i existed or anything. Was so awsome.I am also glad i got rid of my crossbow and got a compound!I have 1 more tag left.No more littls ones, gonna save it for big momma or a good buck.I normally won't shoot anything under 2.5yrs,but being this is my first year bowhunting, brown was down!I know he is little as i already caught heck from my mom but my dad was saying how good he's gonna taste and tender. But im still just as pround of him.Rode all the way to town to the check in station with my tailgate down.

You are goin to be one mighty fine bowhunter! Keep up the good work. Don't let anyone get you down.
