My friend had issues with the Blades opening out while in flight , out of his 75lb X-Force while we were away . we tried every 2blade Rage BH he had and he had the same result everytime . Yet through mine shooting 65lb , i have no problems at all.
Anybody else experience this on high poundage bow ?

LOL, that is probably because of the X-force's VIOLENT shooting process. Its a wonder that poor friend of yours can hold onto that bow when he shoots it. Its liable to jump right out of your hand.
they are both 7" brace height models . If its so violent ...how come on my 65lb bow i can shoot inch groups to 40yds and its very quiet to shoot and i get hardly any shock too, do you speak from experience or hearsay . Do your homework , not all bows act the same ;).

My Muzzy's took away my 25+ yardshots. I didn't practice all summer and go to shoot after shoot to only shoot 20 yards. The rages fly extremely well and at 35 yards i feel confident enough to take a shot with them. Put deer down quickly too!

Tell your buddy to stick an orthodontic rubber band on the front of his Rages to help keep them closed until impact. I shoot an HCA Speed Force at 75lbs(comparable to his x-force), and haven't had problems w/ the blades opening w/ the use of the small rubber bands. I honestly can't say that the rubber bands are necessary, just insurance.

Never tried the real deal, only the practice one. Shoots the same though! I would be a little weary shooting the real deal into a target. They don't exactly fold straight up like other mechs.

That's your reason? Any good quality broadhead will shoot very well at distances beyond what most will shoot in the field. If you can't shoot beyond 25 yards it's because of you, not the head. I'll also ask, you say you never practice over 20 yards, why would you be taking longer shots?

I am trying the rages out this year, and am encouraged by what I read about them here.

One trick I have figured out with them is to spray the O-ring with a little silicone spray, not WD-40, this helps the blades lock properly by reducing the friction and allowing the to seat at the oring better.

They shoot fine into targets. Don't know why you'd wanna do it.....except to see for yourself (that they fly like the practie heads).....but they shoot just fine into targets. They are easy to remove, also.

I shoot inch groups at 40yds, too! I just won't say how MANY inches;)
