We usually operate on an hour wait unless we see or hear them pile up, he said he thought he heard her pile up. Unfortunately things like this happen, but hopefully not to often.

I will not hunt this stand for at least 8 days after walking all over the country this morning, hopefully I'll see her doing fine on the next sit.

Man, That sucks. I had a pass thru once on a moose with a rifle. Like you I never found him. The wilves and coyotes ate good then. I searched the rest of the 3 days I was hunting to try to find the bull moose. No such luck. Hopefully you find the doe.
