Ah there's nothing likesome good policeman/firefighter bickering. Its always entertaining when the two get together
Yea. I always give those firemen/women he11 because I'm jealous but I was never so happy to see them the time I was shot at. Adrenaline is a strange, chemical. Luckly I was not hit but in the heat of it all, sometimes you don't know for sure so just having them check me over was comforting

But we work together mostly....It is always nice to know the other is there for you when you need em. We had police ****** us through a crowd the other day on a first responder call. It was pretty shady. Having them there wasa big help.

Electrician, i like the people i work with most electrician's are really cool, and it can be exciting every once in a while lol

Me too! I don't drive a service truck anymore and I'm grateful for that. I run the electrical crew at a small university in Texas. I'll be here until I retire. Great benefits including lots of paid time off to hunt and very good pay for the trade!
Same here. I've been with the same company for 31 years. Maximum pay and vacation! I work in Facilities in the installation/construction department. We have 2 main sub stations with 25K volts incoming and It gets stepped down to 4160V. So I work with 4160V and down. We have 20 unit subs that step down 4160V to 480V and we distribute480V to all of our production lines. We also step down 480V to 208/120V. I like it because our plant is always changing and my jobs are different all the time. We have many projects and I'm one of the project leaders.
