I can say I've never regretted buying the best, be it boots, bows, stands or other things. You usually get exactly what you pay for.
I have many times, however, regretted "saving" money and buying a less expensive.....what~ever.

Been using a summit for 3 seasons....and bought the sit and climb, this year. I'll use both....and was sitting in the summit, last night.
But.....I'm warming up to the LW as I use it more. First.....I was skeptical about it being "more" silent than my summit. I'm learning as I go....that it IS more silent. I was wrong.
It packs and carries like a DREAM, too. It's worth it's cost for that reason alone, to me. For longer hikes....I'll take it. For shorter sits....I'll take it. I like being able to shoot from a sitting position, also. It'll also be my go-to stand for my longbow hunts (which I did for the first time this year, tonight.
For long sits, though........the summit is UNMATCHED (for comfort).
Would I buy another LW? Yeah. BUT.....I'd buy the hand climber if I bought another one. Still....no regrets.
