Hey so my friend was out hunting elk. Hey has a mathews DXT. He seen two cows take off running so he pulled back on them. Well nothing else came out and they were to far out for him to shoot. So he starts to bring the arrow back forwored (sp) well his index finger was out in front of his BH.
They were muzzy's and as there saying goes bad to the bone. It slit him good on the tip. He had to get 6 stichs. I know this isn't a great pic but for man law there is one.

WOW! No, I have never done that but I can see how it would happen. However, not to sound like mother here, but obviously the front end of an arrow on a drawn bow is much like the muzzle on a loaded gun... IT DEMANDS RESPECT. Be careful out there everyone.

^^ ha ah ha I like your reply thats what I thought too. That the tip is sharp and shouldn't be messed with. I didn't know how anyone could do it, but I picked up his bow and now it it would be really easy to do. So everyone stay safe and it sounds like you might want to put some super glue in your packs just incase.
I hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else.
