I shoot a Bowtech 101st and the General...the 101 is set up for hunting out west and the General is my whitetail set up..
Just enjoy shooting a few different bows...to hard to choose between the two if I were to go to one.

I bought my late uncle's Mathews Outback after he passed away and then it got stolen out of my truck. I loved it cuz it was nice and short and I switched from an old ass PSE. So when it got stolen my dad suggested I do some good looking since the next one would be setup exclusively for me. I went and shot about 10 different bows. 2 Hoyts, 2 Bowtechs, a Fred Bear, 3 Mathews, a PSE, and maybe one or two more. This was when the DXT and I think a Hoyt were just there as demos. To be honest I got down to the Hoyt, Bowtech, and DXT. Had it not been for the fact that I loved how short and light the DXT was, I would have gotten the Bowtech. They are THE smoothest shooting bow. In fact, I had to talk my dad into shooting a Bowtech at the next Deer Expo we went to because his bow is a little older and I really wanted him to feel how smooth it was. He was blown away. Point being.....shoot as many as possible and don't buy based on brand or anything.

Well man ill say it this way Mathews make a hell of a nice bow...But im shooting a bowtech guardian and commander. And these bows both share the same design except the commander in 4" longer they both are fast lightning fast and whisper quiet ZERO handshock and are about the same price as mathews..And is an excellent bow. I have been shooting bow since I was 6 (crappy pse recurve) and im 25 now And the bowtech is the best bow I have ever shot owned period..Ive owned hoyts, mathews, pse browning and darton. BOWTECH IS SO FAR AHEAD OF THEMSELVES THEY ARE AMAZING BOWS SERIOUSLY GO LOOK AT ONE YOU WONT BE SORRY YOU DID.
