How many of you guys have to change your lifstyle to hunt. Right now just about every weekend night I have a party to go to that will last to about 3 in the morning. Then like tonight I have a School Dance and then Im going to a part after. When it comes time to hunt though Im going to have to change. Anybody else have to give somthing up to go hunting?

im like you..being only 21 and living in central NC 20min away from nc state, unc, duke, and meridath and alot of my friends go to diffrent schools so theres usely a party every weekend. i try to go to as many as i can but once opening day of bow season comes in. its like i disappear to them. ill hang out every saturday night but none of that hanging out in the afternoons and friday nights. im usely in the bed by 11 so i can get up and get to the stand.
my gf of 4 years is also use to it.. i only see her after dark once the season comes in.

I change alot, not seeing my friends. (which at times is good because im still in school so I see them everyday on during the week). But I also miss activites going on with others. The outdoorsis a big part of my life and I dont want to change that.

The party'n stops when the season's open. No boozefest is more important than me getting to my treestand at deer:30 in the morning darkness. But, then again, I'm an old chick and my college days are behind me
