I am shooting my General at 60lbs 304gr arrow (easton lightspeeds 500 spine, 57gr. Rocket expandable head) 300fps. And I have no penetration issues! I was sinking my arrows as deep into the foam as Ben & Rob at our local 3d shoots over the winter! I have alot of confidance in this set-up!
