Let's see, you can walk a mile through a swamp in the dark to hunt this spot.... OR, you can stop anywhere from a quarter mile in and still see a couple does and an occasional buck.[&:] I'm sorry, but if the woods is that big I bet I can find a lot of good hunting a lot closer in.

Big: The does are big? How big is Big? How big is the buck? Do you have to go to all that trouble to shoot a big doe where you live?
If so a boat can be very noisy, if it is aluminum and you are oaring. The sound of objects hitting an aluminum boat in a quite setting can be heard for a long distance.
If I was just after a doe I would look for a location closer to the road.

well he said the does where the biggest he had seen he said he though at first one was a small horse then seen the white tail.
Unsure how easy it is to kill a big doe around here it is only my second year hunting the area.
As for the boat the pit much like the rest it is trolling motor only which i have the boat is fiberglass
