rut predictions?

I just don't buy into this fellas. The rut is the rut year in and year out. Sure the weather has a lot to do with how much activity we see during daylight, but I think the deer rut the same every year.

Weather needs to stay cooler than it has been and we will see more daytime activity during the rut. If not, it can get real tough where I hunt when the temps stay in the mid 50's-60's.

i don't really believe you can predict when the rut begins and ends, i mean the bucks don't go by a calendar. maybe its different where you hunt but i know here in GA the first bucks start rutting in early November and theresstill a few rutting bucks running around in January. just my two cents
