Default Bad Form?

I was out scouting the areas I plan on hunting this fall. Found some good spots but a couple of them are marked from other hunters. They are on Public lands, and access is limited to a few hunters per area. Would it be considered bad form to use these spots?

First off, I think a better word to use would be etiquette. I personally don't have any experience with hunting public land. but I will ask you this. How would you feel if you scouted out an area long before the season starts or have been hunting that tree for years, then on opening morning your found some smuck in your tree. Now personally, I try to avoid complications when hunting.

I can say I do not like it much when I find someone in "my spot" on public land, but it is public land so you can pretty much hunt anywhere you want to. Having said that I don't think I would ever knowingly hunt in someone elses spot.
