I'll have to check the regulations... I don't know where that is located atI am planning on hunting right around here acept for the fist 2 days. We will be in the Minam unit up there around the Walowa's. We are going camping up there but I am going to bring my bow cause the wilderness area up there is where Cameran Hanes hunts. I would think you would know who he is but if not just tell me and i'll do my best to tell ya. anyways there are some monster mulies up there along with some whitetails so we'll see what happens!

I am mostly going to be hunting in the Evans Creek unit though cause I live out there.

I also live in Or. and I can't wait this rain were getting is nice. I can't wait to get out there. I'm going to be hunting Oak ridge and Cottage Grove area. I found some sweet spots next to a creek in oak R. that elk have been going. I hope for my first bow season I see something and learn lots. Good luck to all.
Oh and the days are Aug 30th - Sep. 28th then late for cow Nov 29 - Dec. 14 for western

Dang, everyone's season opens before mine (except Michigan). Ours starts September 27th. I was feeling good until I heard about other folks getting ready and I still have a month left to go. [8D]

Dang I wished ours opened up that soon. I have to wait till Sept. 22nd and that is a week earlier than usual

In can hunt from Sept. 15 - Feb.28. That is 2 different states. One of the states that I will be hunting in opens on Sept. 15. My home state is Oct. 1 - Feb. 28
