Generally, every night or every other night during the winter. Come summer, I am very busy, but try to shoot at least 3 times per week. Late summer I kick it back up to every night or every other...

Pretty much every day at least a few arrows from July til winter...from April thru july I am flinging arrows at fish, which helps build my muscles...

I try to get out at least once a week, maybe twice, too much going on in the summer. I should be be able to get out 2-3 times a week after Labor Day till the start of the season, so that gives me a good month of consistant shooting.
