Not in a general season in my unit but in others I believe there are a few that may.
But there are draw tags or damage tags and such that allow it.

PA was covered however I'll restate it.
When you buy a resident license, you get a buck tag which can be used as a doe tag in late flintlock season with the purchase of a flintlock license BUT,
If that's all you buy like I have in the past that leaves me with a archery buck tag period! I can take a buck only during archery season.
I do however have the option of appying and paying for a antlerless tag. That doesn't mean that all PA hunters apply or but a tag.
Prior to last season I have not had an antlerless tag since the 90's. I had a buck tag only.
So in essence, unless an archery hunter applies and acquires an antlerless tag, we can tag only 1 buck(deer).

about 90% sure PA used to be one deer a year....if you filled your buck tag you were not allowed to take a doe....
that was before my time...maybe one of the older PA guys can clarify...im pretty sure thats how it went though...
but these days, residents can easily obtain doe licenses...first round you can get any WMU you want if you fill the app out correctly...2nd round you can get 1/2 to 3/4 of the WMUs if you desire...after that you can buy as many special reg area tags as your heart desires...
