RE: Let`s see the smallest buck you have shot
Mine smallest was a mistake several years ago, had about a 2" spike on one side and a 3" fork on the other, I shot him/her with a group of does and yearlings, he/she was the biggest DOE of the bunch, probably went 180# on the hoof, and had a really small set of "nuggets." I'm still not 100% sure it was all buck, but it DID have horns, kind of.... Never took a pic, just tagged it in and processed it. Due to the 4" minimum, it still met criteria for an "Antlerless" deer!!!!

This button buck was probably my smallest buck,in 2000, my first year switching up to hunting with osage selfbows. I spottedit walking along a field edge and hustled through the woods to intercept it. When I had gained ground 100 yds ahead of it, I crouched downbeneath some overhanging limbs. Then, whenit ambled by at 30 yds, I sent a 675 grn maple arrow throughits lungs. The deerjumped, kicked, ran in a few small circles, and dropped dead not 10 yds from whereit was hit. It was over in 5 or 10 seconds.

Shot him from the ground, thinking it was a doe. His ears hid his "rack"which scored 8".That ended up being my buck for the season.Sorry for the bad pic, I had to scan it.
