I don't own any land other than the property our home sits on which is 4.5 acres.I can walk out my door and hunt thousands of acres of private and public land.Unfortunately the quality of the hunting is not great.

Only the 2 acres I live on. But I’ve killed 3 does off it.

The main property I hunt on was in the family WAAAAYYY back in the day. Way before I was even thought of. When it sold, the owner continued to let my family hunt. Over time, the only ones left (from my relations) that still hunt it are me & my Dad. Friends/relatives of the owner and trespassers hunt there as well, but mostly only rifle season. I can also hunt 3 of the border properties, but do so less often. They get pretty crowded.

I own no hunting property. I have a family friend with a camp and 38 acres that we hunt during gun season and have permission on private land.

Owning some property is a goal of mine, but cost in my immediate area is prohibitive.

My name's (and my wife's - on two of them)on the deed of 4 parcels. The largest is 33 acres and the smallest is 3 acres (where my home is). Three are in NC and one is in SC.

I hunt none of them.

I own 3 acres of land that I can walk right out my back door to hunt. ( When my house is finished...We just started!) But my parents own 88 acres of land that surround my property.

Here is my new house lot.

Here is an aerial view of the property that I can hunt.

I do not own my own hunting land. I hunt some small private pieces and public land.
