Well I took my 82nd from shooting 327 fps with a 3D arrow to 280 with a semi heavy hunting arrow.

bowtech old glory 28 1/2 inch draw-74# 384 grain arrow 305 fps
if you use an sts you can speed the string up by taking the leeches off and maintain quietness
teflon cable slide,small peep(no tubes),drop away rest there are alot of speed robbing gimicks
