A couple cups of coffee and a good dump.... well I'm ready to go. I'll eat sometime later in the day. If it's cold or snow on the ground I'll force myself to quick fry up a couple eggs or scramble a couple with some grits. Something for energy. Then I'll take the dump.[&:] If I have some left over mashed potatoes or any veggie, like peas etc, I'll throw those down too just for the carbs and the like.

Don't really have ritual. A lot of times I'm in the tree and have had nothing more than a Nutrigrain Bar and a Diet Dew or Vault Zero (even better than the "Dew" for the caffeine requirements my body has), and some mornings it's a bowl of cereal.

Ramen noodles, fast, easy, full of carbs so I retain body heat and have lots of energy.
