Help on bowhunting set-up?
Ok, this year Im getting to hunt in Northern MO in some really good farm country, and I have one great loking spot picked out and have a question and need a little advice.. first off there is a 300+yard long finger of timber/brush about 25 yards wide seperating 2 large soybean fields. The finger runs east/West with a field to the North and South. And a large patch of timber to the East. I want to set up right between the corners of the two fields in the end of the strip,, but should I let my scent blow into the field to the south? Im guessing that will be the best bet?? And should I access this spot through the field edge on the downwind side of the finger,, or go in through the finger to remain unseen?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
